| 2008 UMARA Awards Banquet |
| The 2008 United Midget Auto Racing Champions will be honored on Saturday, January 24, 2009 at the Knights of Columbus in Joliet, IL. 2008 National midget champ Jimmy Anderson will pick up his champions hardware along with USAC/UMARA Ford Focus champion Brandon Allen, UMARA Sportsman midget champion Tanner Whitten and UMARA Dwarf Car Champion Nick Odell. The top rookies and the top ten of each division with be honored as well along with the traditional special awards. Cocktails begin at 6pm, dinner at 7pm and awards ceremonies with start at 8pm sharp. All UMARA members will receive a form in the mail and there will be a form posted on the UMARA site also. |
